Alexander McIlwraith is the digital communications consultant at Agricorp, a government agency of the focused on agricultural insurance and the director of communication for Clan Donald, Southern Ontario.
Previously, he was both a web communications consultant for the Department of Psychology and change analyst for central computing, at the University of Guelph. Alexander launched the first digital campaign for Food Day Canada's World's Longest Barbecue in 2004, and a site that streamed live audio in 2003 around the time podcasting first started and two years before YouTube was created. He has been balanced the roles of communications manager and stage manager for Believe Musical Theatre company in Kitchener, Ontario and was the communications manager 2010 Campaign to Elect Jane Davidson, in North Dumfries Township.
Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Guelph, in Guelph, Ontario. He is currently working on a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Communications Studies through Athabasca University, Alberta.
